Our Story

Rancho Palos Verdes Sunrooms & Patios was founded in 2019 by a team that had spent years watching homeowners on the Palos Verdes Peninsula deal with sunroom work done by contractors who did not understand the local conditions. Salt air corroding hardware within a few years. Framing choices that looked fine at first but did not hold up against the marine layer. Permits pulled incorrectly or skipped entirely.

Rancho Palos Verdes is a distinctive place to work. The views are extraordinary, the homes are well-kept, and the homeowners here take their properties seriously. The city has its own permitting office, active HOA communities with architectural review requirements, and in some neighborhoods, landslide zone restrictions that affect what can be built and how.
